Opposite the city of Orbetello there is the Argentario Promontory: a panoramic road follows its high and rocky coast, which drops steeply into the crystal clear sea, but in some places, it slopes gently towards emerald green water, with numerous coves and small beaches.
• From Monte Argentario, boats and ferries arrive at the islands of Giglio and Giannutri in less than an hour. Not far away you can also visit the other islands of the Archipelago and the coast of the Maremma Natural Park. A National Marine Park was established in this stretch of sea to protect this unique landscape.

Our school, founded in 1985 in Orbetello in collaboration with the Koinè school in Florence, has many years of experience in teaching Italian to people from all over the world. We have collaborated with the University for Foreigners of Siena, where our teachers, all highly qualified, have obtained their DITALS certification, recognized by the MIUR as a qualification of competence for teaching Italian as a foreign language.

For 12 years, Terramare also offers courses in the city of Oristano and in other locations in Sardinia, offering a wide range of educational experiences in different locations. Since 2020, Lingua Terramare is member of the LICET (Lingua Italiana Cultura e Turismo) school network, an association of language schools promoting the Italian language, culture and tourism.
